Recently, a delegation of high-quality military-related enterprises and universities from Jiangxi Province went to Xixi to carry out exchange activities. A docking symposium focusing on the high-quality development of the science and technology equipment industry built a bridge for cooperation between Ganxi and Xixi. As a benchmark force in Wuxi's 3D printing industry, Falcontech has unveiled its core technologies and achievements, interpreting its "intelligent manufacturing" responsibility with its hard-core strength.

Qian Junwei, a representative of Falcontech at the meeting, gave a speech to introduce the company’s background and 3D printing technology, full-process equipment capabilities, independent research and development advantages of core materials, and full-chain quality control systems. He also conducted in-depth exchanges with representatives of visiting enterprises from Jiangxi on market applications, prospects for cooperation in the aerospace field with 3D printing technology, and the collaborative development model of the regional industrial chain.
In this docking between Ganxi and Tianjin, the application potential of 3D printing technology demonstrated by Falcontech in the fields of additive equipment and high-end manufacturing resonated strongly with the Jiangxi delegation. The two parties conducted in-depth discussions around technological collaboration and industrial chain integration, laying the groundwork for subsequent cooperation.
In recent years, Falcontech has repeatedly achieved great results in the aerospace field, from key structural parts of the YF-75DA engine of the Long March 8 launch vehicle to special-shaped flow channel components of the Tianlong 2 rocket TH-11 engine. Its metal 3D printing technology breaks through the limitations of traditional processes and makes integrated molding of complex structures a reality, allowing the rocket to "slim down" and reduce weight while ensuring ultimate performance. When participating in the development of door structural parts for the domestically produced large aircraft C919, it achieved a weight reduction target of more than 30% and used technological breakthroughs to protect the heavy equipment of major countries.
At present, the company has 63 laser selective melting equipment of various types, with a maximum molding width of 1500 x 1500 mm. It has the most complete metal 3D printing database in China covering more than 40 kinds of materials such as titanium alloys and high-temperature alloys. It has built a full industry chain service capability from powder production and optimized design to printing manufacturing and performance testing. With 99 invention patents and 11 participating technical standards, nearly 100,000 printed parts are in stable service in various fields.
Use technology as a bridge and win-win cooperation. Falcontech will continue to empower industrial upgrading with 3D printing innovation and write a new answer to "Wuxi Intelligent Manufacturing" on a larger stage.
