  • Metal 3D printing capacity in the super-factory expanded to 50 systems.
  • The dedicated machining workshop was commissioned and went into production.
  • Wuxi Municipal Science and Technology Bureau certified the "Titanium Alloy Additive Manufacturing Engineering Technology Research Center".

  • Wuxi Industrial Development Group, under Wuxi SASAC, took control of Falcontech—completing the mixed-ownership reform.
  • Construction of the additive-manufacturing industrial super-workshop was officially launched and plant renovation completed.
  • Recognized as a Wuxi Young Eagle (雏鹰) enterprise.

  • Established wholly-owned subsidiary Wuxi Falcontech Advanced Materials Technology Co., Ltd.
  • Acquired Wuxi Falcontech Precision Casting Engineering Co., Ltd. as a wholly-owned subsidiary.
  • Won the national titanium-alloy engineering verification application project.

  • First in China to pass the C919 airworthiness manufacturing conformity verification for selective laser melting titanium alloy parts.
  • Jointly established with COMAC an airworthiness certification scheme covering the full civil aviation production chain—from raw materials, 3D printing, post-processing to performance inspection.
  • Passed the ISO/IEC 17025:2005 laboratory quality management system certification.

  • Dr. Yu-Lan Shen returned to China to establish the 3D printing base and co-founded Falcontech with the additive-manufacturing expert team.
  • Under a Ministry of Science and Technology project, jointly established the "Australia-China Joint Research Centre for Light Metals" with Monash University.
  • Became a council member of the China 3D Printing Technology Industry Alliance.
