Company Profile

Falcon Tech Co., Ltd.

Falcon Tech Co., Ltd. (short for "Falcontech") was founded in August 2012, headquartered in Wuxi, Jiangsu, with a planned site area of 50 mu and a total registered capital of RMB 260 million. The company is a state-controlled mixed-ownership enterprise, a member of the Wuxi Industrial Development Group, a National-level "Little Giant" Specialized & Sophisticated Enterprise, a Jiangsu High-Tech Enterprise, and the lead unit of a 14th Five-Year National Key R&D Program.

As a globally leading provider of end-to-end metal additive manufacturing solutions, Falcontech covers the entire process chain: structural optimization design, metal powder preparation, 3D printing, post-processing, machining and performance inspection. The company has installed more than 80 industrial 3D printing systems, with a maximum build envelope of 1500×1500×1500 mm. After more than ten years of R&D, the company has completed the development and optimization of laser process parameters, verified the stability of build platforms, refined post-processing and surface treatment processes, and overcome the challenges of stability, consistency, repeatability and geometry/property control in 3D printing—building a process database covering more than 40 metal materials including titanium alloys, aluminum alloys and high-temperature alloys.

The company operates three business divisions: Metal Additive Manufacturing Solutions, Hot Isostatic Pressing, and Precision Casting.
